ptakaro is a free information service. These terms explain what you can rely on, what you cannot, and how you may use the site.
Who we are
ptakaro.com is run by Asif Ahmed Mirza, House 37, Block L, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Prices are information, not offers
- Each shop price shows the shop and the time we checked it; a brand's launch price shows the day the brand announced it, and is not a shop's price. Shops change prices and stock at any time, so check the price at the shop before you buy.
- ptakaro does not sell anything. A purchase is a contract between you and the shop, under the shop's terms, warranty and returns policy.
- A price marked “Not confirmed since” a date may no longer be available.
PTA tax estimates
Our PTA tax figures are estimates from the duty tables we checked, on the date shown. ptakaro is not part of the PTA or FBR. The official amount is set when you register the phone through DIRBS; this estimate can differ. Check the amount on the official service before you pay.
Specs and verdicts
Specs come from the sources shown with them, which can contain mistakes. Verdicts are the opinion of the named editor at the date shown, based on the data at that time.
Links to other websites
Shop and official links take you to websites we do not control. No shop link earns us a commission today; see paid links and disclosures.
Using the site
- You may read, share and link to any page.
- Automated access must follow our robots.txt and must not slow the site down for others.
- Reports and messages must be honest. Do not use our forms to send spam, advertising or other people's personal data.
- Do not try to get around rate limits or security measures, or reach parts of the service that are not public.
Our content
The ptakaro name, logo, device outlines, page text and the way our data is put together belong to ptakaro. Brand and product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify products. Data from a source keeps that source's attribution.
Liability
ptakaro is a free information service, not a shop and not the PTA. We check prices, specs and PTA tax estimates carefully and show the date each rests on, but shops change prices and stock without telling us, and we can make mistakes. Check the price, the PTA status and the warranty with the shop before you buy. Any purchase, delivery, warranty or refund is between you and the shop. As far as the law allows, ptakaro is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on information on the site or in the app, from a shop's products or service, or from the site or the app being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts in Lahore decide any dispute about them or about ptakaro. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest change. Questions: see contact.
